Meta-concert Training Part 2

On side two, Karra has more meta-concert advice in regards to healing while Kiri has advice for warding off negative energies. Lyka ends the session with memories of helping 3rd dimensional races in their attempts to reach the 6th dimension with an emotional moment she had to experience

1.) Omal continues with meta-concert training by going over the uses for one before moving on to shielding techniques.

2.) Karra follows up from Omal with how meta-concerts can be used for healing and then how to cleanse the crystals used afterwards.

3.) Kiri discusses ways of warding off attacks of negative energy from someone and the time-share of Mark's mind she has with him and Tia.

4.) Lyka answers a question about the horror of war she has seen in the Sirian Defense Force in 3rd dimensional help of races nearing the 6th dimension.

Meta-concert Training Part 1

Greetings, 

 

This month we follow-up from the "Mars, Now and Then" session coming a week later. Tia gives some astral travel advice that years later is still helping people improve their skills. Using breathing techniques, posture and imagination, she provides the tools that may help the beginning astral traveler. Omal worked next with explaining meta-concerts and helped us with a demonstration that if not done correctly, could be a dangerous exercise. Handle with care if you decide to experiment with so powerful a form of energy work.
