Alana comes by to help with a dolphin in Norway shot by fishermen and also describes intergalactic versions of our whales. Lyka celebrates a first place medal in her downhill event. After explaining how financial crashes happen and will continue to happen, Tia helps with plans to escape should the collapse of society follow such an occurrence.

The concept of reality playing out in cycles is put to Tia and Omal who respond with excellent dissertations that chart out humanity's path to progress both socially and consciously which leads then to an explanation on superegos. This month we follow-up from the "Mars, Now and Then" session coming a week later. Tia gives some astral travel advice that years later is still helping people improve their skills. Using breathing techniques, posture and imagination, she provides the tools that may help the beginning astral traveler. Omal worked next with explaining meta-concerts and helped us with a demonstration that if not done correctly, could be a dangerous exercise. Handle with care if you decide to experiment with so powerful a form of energy work.
